Each row is something people can claim. Set how many spots it has. Turn on “Add your own” if they should invent an item and take it.

People pick a day, then a time. Recurring rules keep the next month filled. You set the time zone on the sheet.

When nobody should book a slot exclusively, propose options instead: weekday morning, Saturday, Zoom, I can host. People mark what they can do. You pick the winner from the overlap.
Public page
No account to claim a spot
They open the link, put a name, optional email, and they’re on it. Live updates land for everyone. They can unbook their own name later.
